The 16th International Conference of Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies (EASTS) consists of 2 (two) main activities, namely the EASTS International Conference and MTI Expo. It ends with a city tour field trip, or technical tour.
EASTS International Conference
The EASTS International Conference is a scientific activity, which is a place for the exchange of knowledge and professional experience of conference participants. The series of activities in this international conference will consist of the delivery of keynote speeches, presentations by several invited experts in the field of transportation (invited speeches), and presentations of scientific articles from conference participants in several technical sessions. All of these scientific activities will take place on September 1-3, 2025.

MTI Expo
This expo activity is in the form of an exhibition of several academic or practical products and services, as well as offerings of several supporting products. Participants in this expo activity are expected to come from:
1) Universities and civil service schools under the Ministry of Transportation,
2) State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and non-government agencies engaged in the transportation sector, and
3) Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) that offer local specialty products, travel agents, and others.
MTI Expo will be held on September 1-3, 2025.
Field Trip / Technical Tour
This activity is the closing of the 16th International Conference of Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies (EASTS), where a field trip or technical tour will be held in the form of a visit to transportation infrastructure, or the use of transportation facilities or visiting tourist locations in the city of Solo and its surroundings. The field trip will be held on September 4, 2025.
